Day 86 - Shoulders & Arms - P90X II
My final Shoulders & Arms of my second round of P90X went well. I upped my weights and reps on 6 of the exercises and maintained good form. My lower body is sore from yesterday’s workout… especially my butt.

Day 83 - Yoga X - P90X II
Good Yoga X today. I was reflecting on how far I’ve come since the first time I did Yoga X… I have a much easier time with this routine now. Was careful to protect my sore neck and lower back throughout the workout.

Didn’t workout as hard today as I did yesterday but, considering that I strained my lower back a bit yesterday, I think that’s probably a good thing.

Was careful with my lower back today, which is still sore. Nevertheless, got in a good workout. My first resistance workout since I got back to Santa Fe.

Day 11 - Kenpo X - P90X II
The power went out toward the end of the workout so I didn’t capture the whole thing… It was a great workout though. Punching, kicking, and sweating. My right hamstring is a little sore… I need to be more gentle with my kicks next time. Pic: [...]

Had a great Cardio X today. Upped the intensity at the beginning of the workout and it made for a more productive workout throughout. I did this workout a bunch this round… it’s a good one.

Day 30 - Plyometrics - P90X II
Good workout today. Had my heart rate up above 140 bpm for the vast majority of the workout and 150 bpm for most of it. Got a couple “tweaks”, one in my left calf and one in my upper back, which I’ll be monitoring.

This was the first time I did Legs & Back during my second round of P90X. I didn’t push myself too hard, but got a good burn going regardless… we’ll see how sore I am over the next few days.
