Day 45 - Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps - Ab Ripper X - P90X II
Great workout today. Upped my weights on most all of the weighted resistance exercises and will be doing so again next time. Pumped out 310 of the 349 Ab Ripper X reps with good form.
