Day 50 - Chest & Back - P90X II
Pushed myself hard today… almost too hard. I’m glad that I didn’t have Ab Ripper X on the agenda today. The biggest extra push came from increasing my pull-up reps from 5 to 8 on all the pull-ups exercises.
