As usual Cardio X snuck up on me today.  It&#8217;s easy at first, but by the end you are sweaty and out of breath.  Lower back felt fine.  Little pain in my left knee.

Cold.  Took it easy with the Kenpo as my muscles felt a little tight.  However, I felt good once the Plyometrics started and got in a good workout.  Not much sweating today though&#8230; little too cold for that.
